Just think – 25 years ago there was no World Wide Web. Our phones weren’t smart and our cars didn’t talk back. The changes since 1991 are nothing compared to what’s to come in the next five years. Secil Tabli Watson, EVP Wholesale Internet solutions at Wells Fargo, shared her thoughts on the rapid pace of change with the East Bay members and guests at a Monday evening event served up with lots of enthusiasm to complement the wine and appetizers.

Amidst a backdrop of designer clothing at the Westfield Center in San Francisco, the Financial Women of San Francisco, hosted by Bloomingdale’s, celebrated its 60th anniversary in style with a fashion show highlighting the changes in fashion in the 60 years since the FWSF’s creation. More than 100 FWSF members and friends gathered for the spectacular event to enjoy food, wine, networking, a fashion show and live auction.

A group of two dozen FWSF members gathered at the new and greatly expanded SF Museum of Modern Art on cool Thursday evening in late September. We were met by our personal guide for a tour of the Fisher Collection. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the Fisher Collection and told us many ‘inside’ stories about the artists and their relationships with the Fishers.
