Jennifer S. Webster, SVP Finance, McKesson Corporation

Jennifer WebsteJennifer is senior vice president, Corporate FP&A and M&A Finance at McKesson. She is responsible for leading a team dedicated to defining McKesson’s annual and multiyear financial targets and plans, along with the incentive structures that underpin their achievement. Prior to this role, Jennifer was senior vice president and chief financial officer for McKesson Specialty Health (MSH), where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the financial organization, including financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, long-range financial strategic plans, accounting, GAAP and SEC compliance, internal controls, customer pricing, procurement and credit. Prior to joining McKesson, Webster held several different finance positions over eight years at General Electric and was director of finance for Scient Corporation.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and completed the Executive Development Program and Women’s Senior Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management. She is the co-founder and current co-executive sponsor of McKesson’s OWN IT (Outstanding Women Networking, Inspiring and Taking Charge) employee resource group, San Francisco Bay Area.

Laura E. Martinez, San Francisco Market Assurance Leader; Asset & Wealth Management Industry Group Partner, PwC

Laura E. MartinezLaura currently leads PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) San Francisco Assurance Practice. She was the Firm’s assurance diversity leader and served as a member of the Assurance Leadership Team. She led the San Francisco Regulated Investment Funds Assurance Practice and was the co-leader of the San Francisco Financial Services Assurance Practice. Laura has 26 years of experience with PwC specializing in serving some of the Firm’s largest most complex investment management clients. She currently serves as the lead partner on two large multinational asset management companies.

Laura earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant in California. She is a frequent speaker in PwC’s training programs and external events for clients and PwC professionals. Laura is a member of the NICSA West Coast Steering Committee and is a former executive board member for the Financial Women of San Francisco, Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting of San Francisco (ALPFA) and the Bay Area Girls Center.

Mary Rosai SVP, Investor Services Relationship Solutions, Charles Schwab

Mary RosaiMary Rosai leads Investor Services Relationship Solutions at Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. (Schwab). Mary has been with Schwab for 18 years and is responsible for overseeing the wealth management client experience and desktop solutions for financial professionals. Prior to her current role, Mary held several positions at Schwab, including senior vice president of retail client experience as well as the head of marketing responsible for supporting Advisor Services, the division of Schwab that serves independent investment advisors, Retirement Plan Services, and other institutional clients. Mary also held several marketing management positions supporting other business units at Schwab, including Retail Acquisition, International, Corporate Services, Trading Services, and Charles Schwab Bank. Prior to Schwab, Mary was in account management and business development at several marketing and advertising agencies.

Mary has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Michigan and holds Series 7 and 24 licenses.

Darcy Illg, Vice President, Virtual Channels Fraud Business Intelligence & Standard Reporting, Wells Fargo

PaigeDarcy Illg is vice president, Wells Fargo, leading the Virtual Channels Fraud Business Intelligence & Standard Reporting team. Using her prior experience heading Finance and Operations teams, and her previous role as CFO of an international services company, she makes complex, rapidly changing data understandable to a wide-ranging audience, including executives not involved in daily fraud operations.

Darcy is also lecturer in Leadership Communications at the Haas School of Business. She has an MBA from Haas-UC Berkeley, and a BA in Business Management & Communications, magna cum laude, from Holy Names University. Darcy is currently FWSF's VP Membership and immediate past president.
