Vaneese JohnsonVaneese Johnson

Vaneese Johnson, known as the Brand Strategy Architect, is an entrepreneur, speaker, writer, and a certified career and personal branding coach. Born and raised in a southern culture where jobs were scarce, Vaneese realized early on that if she wanted something, she had to create it. Her entrepreneurial career started at age 12 and from that point on, Vaneese knew she would always have the ability to create a job for herself or to reinvent her career.

Combining her more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, trainer and coach, and her passion for helping professionals propelled her to found On the Move Careers, where she helps individuals to actively participate in what she calls “the reinvention of YOU.”

Through her coaching practice she helps professionals to define their career purpose, design a career operating statement, and brand themselves for career success. As a speaker and trainer, Vaneese’s captivating message delivery, infused with her life and career experiences, has inspired hundreds of individuals to identify their own inborn talents and skills. Vaneese’s expertise as a small-business owner enables her to provide her business clients with strategy and resources that they can readily apply to their own journey of success.

Roohi MoollaRoohi Moolla

As Wells Fargo’s New Trends Leader for Enterprise Social Media, Roohi Moolla leads strategy and innovation for emerging social  technologies for Wells Fargo. Her responsibilities include acting as the “compass” for a broad range of social initiatives across the company, evaluating and guiding our entry into new social platforms, tools and vendors, leading our social research agenda, and acting as the ESM strategist for big data, mobile, gamification, in-language and international initiatives.  

Roohi joined Wells Fargo in 2012 with more than 25 years of technology, marketing and leadership experience.  She started her career as a (building) Architect, practicing for almost ten years before switching to software technology. She has held numerous lead roles including acting as Lead Developer for the company that became Match.com, and Chief Product Architect for a new-issue, municipal-bond trading software platform with over $30 billion in trades annually, of which both Wells Fargo and Wachovia were customers. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Roohi owned her own software business for nine years, wrote a “How-To” book on Facebook and was a social media strategist for both Autodesk and Williams-Sonoma.
