Girls Inc. of Alameda County presents A Conversation with Women in the Workplace

Please join us as we sit down with Irina Starikova, a Partner in McKinsey’s Business Technology Office. Irina is a leader in McKinsey’s global IT Transformation and Infrastructure Practices and is part of the team working on Women in the Workplace research in partnership with LeanIn.org.

She is a mom of two little girls and an advocate of women and mothers in her office. We’ll hear from Irina about her experiences and how companies can better promote female leadership and foster gender equality in the workplace.
