Jennie DuongJennie Duong is Head of Marketing at VISO Trust. For more than a decade, she has built and launched several successful marketing programs, product marketing strategies, and teams at cybersecurity companies like Signal Sciences and JupiterOne. Jennie is a Product Marketing expert with an extensive background in cybersecurity product marketing across markets including cloud security, attack surface management, third-party risk, compliance and more. She is passionate about building scalable GTM systems and bringing products to market that provide impactful value to security leaders and practitioner communities.

Anne BisangoAnne Bisagno is co-founder of Xantrion, an Oakland-based IT services company. For the past 14 years, small and medium sized RIAs have hired Xantrion because they need 24x7 support they can depend on and an audit-ready cybersecurity program that meets SEC regulatory requirements. Under Anne's leadership, Xantrion has been on MSSP Alert’s list of the top 250 managed security service providers in the US since 2019, and the San Francisco Business Times “Bay Area Best Places to Work” list in since 2020. Anne has a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS from UC-Santa Barbara.

 

Erin DonhamErin Donham is a Senior Technology Consultant for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. based in Newport Beach, CA. Erin consults with advisors and investment advisory firms to improve their business operations by providing guidance in the areas of process optimization, technology, and cybersecurity. Erin started out as a laser and optics engineer. Later, she migrated to finance where she was VP of Client Solutions for an independent registered investment advisor in Portland, OR. Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and chemistry from Willamette University.

 

Imogen Cortis-JonesImogen Cortis-Jones is a seasoned IT and Cybersecurity risk management professional of over eleven-years’ experience. Imogen’s current role is at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, on the Wells Fargo Dedicated Supervisory Team as a Senior Risk Specialist, covering IT and Cybersecurity. Previously, Imogen held roles at Society Generale, New York City, in IT first line of defense, and at EY, New York City and Sydney, where one of her key IT consulting clients was Societe Generale. Prior to that, Imogen was a construction lawyer in Sydney. She holds a BA/LLB(Hons), LLM and BCOM, and the following IT certifications: CISSP, CISA and CRISC.

 

Patrick HennesseyPatrick Hennessey is Director of Business Consulting & Education for Schwab Advisor Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, starting with Swiss bank UBS AG where he held a variety of roles in offices around the world including New York, London, and Mexico City. It was in working internationally in banking that he was first immersed in, and developed an appreciation for, good information security practices. Prior to coming to Schwab, Patrick also worked for an independent RIA firm and helped it grow and mature into a successful organization. For the last 10-plus years as part of Schwab’s consulting team, he has been providing independent advisors with expert guidance in the areas of operations, technology, and cybersecurity. Patrick earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration from Boston University and is a CFA® charterholder.
