Patricia Hale Botoff, Principal Consultant, Botoff Consulting, LLC

Trish relocated to California in 2013 from the Southeast, and joined FWSF this past spring. She has taken on a board role with the organization, serving as program committee chair for the Silicon Valley chapter. She is excited about upcoming events planned and looks forward to meeting more South Bay members. 

Trish is an independent compensation consultant providing consulting services for both executive and broad-based employee groups. She specializes in consulting with family-owned and private business enterprises, family offices, and not-for-profit organizations.
