Donna Bedford, founder and president of The Bedford Group, is known for her ability to help professionals leverage their strengths and develop the skills, confidence and courage to successfully compete. A dynamic coach and energizing trainer, Donna leads consultative sales, target marketing, strategic networking and client relations training programs. Her clients include law, accounting, consulting, financial services, real estate and executive search professionals throughout North America.

With over twenty-five years of marketing and business development experience, (twenty dedicated to professional services) Donna has a broad base of knowledge in sales and motivation training, personal coaching, industry/niche specialization, client retention and client satisfaction program design. A renowned consultant in professional services marketing and business development, Donna has won several first place awards for her coaching and training programs from the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and the Association of Accounting Marketing (AAM).

Prior to forming The Bedford Group in 1995, Donna was the Western Region Marketing Director and Manager/Marketing Consultant for Grant Thornton Accountants and Management Consultants, where she worked for nine years. As a consultant at Grant Thornton, Donna developed a successful practice serving the business development training and coaching needs of law firms and attorneys. Prior to joining Grant Thornton in 1986, Donna was Vice President and Marketing Manager for Bank of America's Commercial Banking Division serving the needs of middle market clients. She also worked in the Customized Financial Services Division, specializing in marketing to high net worth individuals.

Donna is a past board member of the Financial Women of San Francisco (FWSF). She co-chaired and helped launch the organization’s East Bay Group.
