Steve deHaan, Managing Director, Andersen Tax

Steve deHaan specializes in providing integrated tax advice to private clients to formulate and properly implement income, estate, and gift tax strategies. Steve’s clients consist primarily of founders and executives of early-stage companies, complex high net worth family groups, and closely held business owners. As part of his practice, Steve frequently collaborates closely with clients’ attorneys and investment advisors to help optimize after-tax economic results.

Steve has instructed national trainings in the areas of individual income taxation, fiduciary taxation, and tax planning, and has authored technical materials on a variety of topics.

Prior to joining Andersen Tax, while attending University of California (Hastings), Steve was an Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and was active within the tax program.
