Ricci Mann Victorio, CSP, CPCC, ACC is the Managing Partner and co-founder of the Mosaic Family Business Center. Ms. Victorio is a Certified Succession Planner and Certified Co-Active Professional Coach, coaching individuals, executives, family businesses and management teams through the transition of leadership change since 1994. The foundation of Ricci’s down-to-earth approach is based in her previous 25-year career in the Entertainment Industry as a director and innovative acting coach in the art of improvisation.
