Women help and support each other, both personally and professionally. What are some different ways we can help each other grow? Come join us for a fun panel discussion and learn about multiple approaches to mentoring.

Mentoring is one of the main objectives of FWSF. If you are interested in the mentoring process, this evening is a chance for you to learn about different mentoring approaches which you can implement inside or outside of the workplace. Also, this is a great opportunity to network!

Mentoring issues and opportunities in a small business environment:

Charlotte Wall – Owner at Spott, Lucey & Wall, Inc. CPAs. Current and past FWSF mentor.



Creating a mentoring environment outside of the workplace: 

Kristina Henschel – Partner at Base Beyond, LLC. Current FWSF Mentoring Committee member, past FWSF Scholarship recipient and mentee. Created a mentoring model outside the workplace called RESET which offers peer to peer and cross sector support and professional development.
