Women meditatingMonthly meditation

Wednesday, March 4  |  12–12:30 pm

A monthly meditation practice using mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity. Each session will begin by discussing a topic and how to address it in meditation. This will be followed by ~10 minutes of guided meditation and will end with a brief discussion.

This special event brings together leaders, mentors, and rising professionals for an afternoon of inspiration, connection, and empowerment. The program features a keynote address from Mary Ann Bartels, a dynamic panel of women whose careers have been shaped through FWSF scholarships and mentorship, and two interactive breakout sessions designed to support and advance women in finance and accounting. Together, we’ll celebrate the impact of investing in women — and the collective strength that comes from lifting one another up.
