Bonnie Hyun, US Head of Capital Markets, NYSE
Bonnie is responsible for advising US-based private companies on their IPO listing at the NYSE. Bonnie brings 20+ years of senior finance leadership primarily within the technology industry and a unique end-to-end perspective from having taken companies public to managing investor communications and marketing post-IPO.
Prior to joining NYSE, Bonnie held various roles within public and private technology companies as well as investment banking. Bonnie is a CPA and received her M.B.A from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Pooja Malik, CEO and Founding Partner, Nipun (moderator)
Pooja brings over 20 years of asset management experience to the Nipun team, and her areas of focus are portfolio management and research. Prior to Nipun, Pooja was a Managing Director at Barclays Global Investors (BGI)/BlackRock in the Active/Scientific Equities group, where she led teams that managed various long-only and long-short portfolios in excess of $100 billion for institutional investors.
Pooja is an award-winning thought leader and regular speaker on Bloomberg Asia Day Break and at 100 Women in Finance events. Her numerous coveted awards include Hedge Fund Rising Star 2015, by Institutional Investor; Best Female Hedge Fund Manager, 2016, Eurekahedge; and Tomorrow’s Titan: 2016, by Ernst & Young with Hedge Fund Journal. Pooja is passionate about encouraging and supporting women in asset management. Pooja has been an outspoken advocate for advancing women’s careers and most recently in 2021, she co-founded the California chapter of the Bloomberg Women’s Buy Side Network.
Pooja graduated from Delhi University and received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and has most recently earned CFA’s certificate in ESG Investing in 2022.
Denise Harvey, Bay Area HR Executive
Denise has a 30-year background in Human Resources in the technology, retail, and financial industries, developing and leading people related initiatives, including leadership and team development, change management, and coaching and cultural initiatives that build trust and collaboration.
She has several coaching certifications, including one from the Academy of Brain Based Leadership, and is a Myers Briggs Practitioner. Denise is also a founding board member of a local Bay Area nonprofit organization for the last 20 years—The Tim Griffith Foundation. The organization serves our communities in the areas of addiction, grief, and scholarships for young people who are often the first in their families to get a college degree.
Marta Voda, Director, HR Outsourcing, EisnerAmper
Marta Voda is a Director and leader of the firm’s HR Advisory & Outsourcing Services Group. With 20 years of experience in HR leadership, Marta has deep expertise in human resource management, people operations, compliance, recruiting, and employee development. In addition, she provides strategic solutions to help organizations achieve their people and performance goals across various industries. A trusted advisor to her clients, Marta primarily focuses on startups, small to medium private businesses, and public companies.
Marta's career spans across numerous human resources functions. From attracting, retaining, and cultivating diverse talent to harnessing the power of data, culture, and technology, she is skilled at developing and implementing effective strategies that enhance performance and propel business growth. Prior to joining the firm, Marta was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and People at a HR and talent strategy firm specializing in fractional leadership, executive search, and consulting. In this role, she primarily served midsized companies in the post-startup phase improve their recruiting and hiring process.

Tom Byrne (moderator), Senior Vice President, Gallagher
A former San Francisco High School teacher, Tom has been in the insurance brokerage industry since 2003, leading client engagements as their Total Rewards, risk, and insurance consultant and broker. Throughout the course of his career, Tom has consistently sought opportunities to support and advocate for individuals facing unnecessary obstacles in their personal and professional lives. Whether by attending events, participating in BRG’s, engaging in challenging conversations with peers and leadership, his intent is to lead with allyship, bringing understanding and unity to his communities.
Introduced to FWSF in 2020 by his client and FWSF Board Member, Roi Fang, Tom has been actively involved with FWSF ever since. Today, he is on the FWSF board, leading the Fundraising Committee and participating on the DEI&B Committee.
Heidi Ridley, Co-Founder and CEO, Radiant Global Investors LLC
Heidi is the co-founder and chair of the Board of Radiant Global Investors, a female-owned, independent asset management firm focused on next generation equity investment solutions for institutional and wealth management clients worldwide. Most recently, she was the CEO of Rosenberg Equities. Under her leadership, Rosenberg became the first quantitative manager to integrate considerations across all of its strategies. She has held senior roles encompassing investments, product development, institutional and intermediary business development and marketing, business operations, and executive leadership at Montgomery Asset Management, Wells Fargo Funds Management, AXA Rosenberg, and AXA Investment Managers during her 30+ years in the industry.
Heidi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a CFA charterholder. Heidi is a member of the Advisory Council for the Center for Equity Gender and Leadership at the UC Berkeley HAAS School of Business, an Advisory Board member for DiversityQ, and a member of the Stewardship Council for the ACT Standard of Corporate Culture created by City Hive UK. A two-time finalist for Woman of the Year in asset management, she is a champion of ESG investing and a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, expanding the dialogue through speaking engagements worldwide.
Mariana Santiago, General Manager, Workday
Mariana Santiago is the General Manager (GM) for the Workforce VNDLY Pillar at Workday. Mariana is an inspiring leader who builds strong, committed, and engaged teams. Her experience has given her a unique ability to convert vision into action, working with interdisciplinary teams to put together plans and teams to get sustainable results.
As the GM of one of the most important pillars at Workday, Mariana focuses on delivering targeted business objectives by aligning development, product management, and quality assurance with strategic business goals. She works very closely with sales, services, marketing, and other corporate functions to achieve cross-organizational alignment. Mariana was recognized as one of the top 100 HR Tech Influencers in the US in HR Executive Magazine in 2022.
She has 20 years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, and Consulting related positions, with track record in delivering results. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's in International Business.
Akansha Singh, Lead Product Manager, Stripe
Akansha has worked in different capacities (both quantitative and business focused) within leading fintech organizations in NY and SF. She currently is a Lead Product Manager for the money movement platform within Stripe that serves as the core infrastructure (beating heart of Stripe) powering global payment flows while managing complex financial risks. She previously led the Financial Risk Data Science team within Stripe, growing the team from the ground up and building a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers that worked cross-functionally on Stripe’s toughest problems (leveraging ML/AI) in the Finance, Risk and Money Movement space. Previously, she worked within the Portfolio Risk Management team at OnDeck Capital (leading fintech leader for small businesses) and gained critical risk management experience as the company navigated challenges in increasing its overall profitability.
She holds a B.S in Applied Mathematics, Chemical Engineering (specializing in Systems Engineering), and Economics from Northwestern University. She graduated with a M.S in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, conducting research on applications of ML in material design. Lastly, she is a CFA charter holder and got her MBA from Wharton (specializing in Finance and Strategic Management). She received the FWSF scholarship in 2023 for her education at Wharton.
