MODERATOR

Kim ClarkKim Clark, Ph.D., is the Associate Dean of Graduate Business Programs in the School of Economics and Business Administration at Saint Mary’s College of California. She is also an Associate Professor of international business and strategy. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and her research interests include the institutional impact on multinational corporation performance and born global firms (firms with global focus from inception), and global entrepreneurship.

Teresa Bryce BazemoreTeresa Bryce Bazemore is the President and Chief Executive Officer, FHLBbank San Francisco, effective March 2021. She is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of executive experience building and leading both mortgage insurance and services businesses. As president of Radian Guaranty from 2008 until 2017, she oversaw strategic planning, business development, and operations for the mortgage insurance business line. Before becoming president, she served as Radian’s executive vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief risk officer. Prior to Radian, Ms. Bazemore was senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Nexstar Financial Corporation and general counsel for the mortgage banking line of business at Bank of America. Ms. Bazemore served on FHLBank Pittsburgh’s board of directors from 2017 to 2019. Professional appointments she has held include: Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Economic Advisory Council, Fannie Mae National Advisory Council, and Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve. Bazemore received her B.A. from the University of Virginia and J.D. from Columbia University.

 

Rebecca Macieira-KaufmannRebecca Macieira-Kaufmann is the Founding Member, RMK Group, LLC and is a seasoned CEO and veteran Fortune 50 Global Executive. She draws on deep expertise in the financial services industry and has a demonstrated track record of leading highly successful business turnarounds, scaling new businesses, and expanding operations globally. Rebecca spent more than 11 years at Citigroup serving in a range of CEO, President, and General Manager roles. In her last role, as Head of Citigroup’s International Personal Bank, she managed a full P&L line of business serving the offshore wealth needs of multi-national clients in more than 100 countries. Previously Rebecca spent 13 years at Wells Fargo, lastly as the Head of Small Business Segment running a multi-billion-dollar P&L division serving the lending and cash management needs of more than 2 million customers. In June 2020, Rebecca founded RMK Group, LLC, an advisory and consulting service focused on fintech, digital currency and payment systems. She is a frequently sought-after speaker on leadership and business transformation, life and work integration, culture change, and building high-performing teams. She recently wrote a book, FitCEO: Be The Leader of Your Life, about achieving holistic health—at work, home and play. Rebecca received her BA from Brown University and was a post-graduate Fulbright Scholar at the University of Helsinki, Finland. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

 

Natalie WolfsenNatalie Wolfsen is the Chief Executive Officer of AssetMark. She leads the strategic vision for the firm, which encompasses its platform of curated investment and technology solutions, business consulting and operations support, and strategic acquisitions that serve the best interests of financial advisors and their investors. Natalie also serves on the Board of Directors for CFP Board and has been featured in CNBC, Barron’s, ThinkAdvisor, FA Magazine, Financial Advisor IQ, RIA Intel, and InvestmentNews. Previously Natalie was Chief Solutions Officer at AssetMark. Before joining the firm, she held several leadership positions including head of marketing for New York based asset manager First Eagle Investment Management, and head of product management and development for Pershing. She also spent several years at Charles Schwab in product development, marketing, and strategy roles. Natalie earned a master’s of business administration from University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management, and a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
