Patrick leads the Workday Corporate Accounting functions, including general ledger, consolidation, assets accounting, technical accounting, internal and external reporting, and venture capital accounting. He has a passion for innovation, process transformation and team development.

Patrick joined Workday in 2018. Before joining Workday, Patrick held finance leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mettler Toledo, a life science instrument company. Patrick is a CPA originally from Ohio where he studied at the University of Toledo.

Melissa Kullander is the Vice President of Finance responsible for financial oversight of the Product & Technology organization at Workday. In this role, she is responsible for all the budgeting, forecasting and decision support for this organization globally. Melissa combines solid academic success with over 20 years of finance (FP&A), operations, acquisitions, audit, Controllership, compliance and business transformation experience in Fortune 500 companies. In a prior role as Vice President of Global Business Finance at Oracle she provided financial leadership over global Marketing, G&A, Oracle University and Real Estate & Facilities. Her responsibility extended to a variety of other corporate areas including ownership of global CAPEX reporting and special projects for the Office of the CEO. Prior to Oracle, Melissa held progressive roles in Hitachi, Honeywell and Freescale Semiconductor.

Deep industry and multidisciplinary consulting experience leading diverse teams to deliver large scale finance transformation initiatives, including streamlining and automation of manual process, revenue and cost optimization, merger & acquisition integration, divestiture, and system implementations.

Previously the CFO of The Genesis Prize and Genesis Philanthropy Group, an international non-profit organization. Also a former auditor, M&A investment associate focused on natural resources, and a strategy consultant.

Dual (MBA and MA) degrees from Brandeis University and bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baruch College. Licensed CPA in New York and California.

In this role Micah reports to the CFO, overseeing financial planning and analysis, data and analytics, and finance transformation programs that deliver strategic insights to customers across the enterprise. Prior to joining Robert Half, she spent 14 years in both public accounting and other corporate finance roles.
