Heather Belfor is Director and Head of U.S. Research at Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate solutions and real estate partner for large retail, ecommerce, and logistics companies. Heather is responsible for developing cutting-edge views on U.S. logistics real estate, economy and capital markets to inform forecasts and investment strategies. She also surfaces data and creates insights on structural trends influencing logistics real estate performance and is also responsible for the IBI Index, US rent forecasts, US macro metrics and other US-specific data and regular reporting.
Prior to joining Prologis Heather was the research manager for the JLL Silicon Valley office, in charge of leading the overall strategic research plan for office and industrial for the Northern California region. Heather started her economic research career with the World Bank, serving as a consultant and stationed in the Solomon Islands. Thereafter, she worked as a consultant at Rosen Consulting Group where her real estate career began. She left Rosen as a vice president, where she served as a strategic consultant and advisor on US macroeconomic and real estate market conditions, covering all property types (both residential and commercial) across markets nationally.
Ms. Belfor holds a master’s degree in international and development economics from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor of arts degree in economics and communications from the University of California, Davis.
Molly Boesel holds the position of Principal Economist in the Office of the Chief Economist at CoreLogic, where she is responsible for analyzing and forecasting housing and mortgage market trends, including the single-family rental market. She has nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in mortgage market analysis, model development and risk analysis in the housing finance industry.
Molly is a frequent speaker at leading industry events and contributor to several industry publications. Her original research blogs for the CoreLogic Insights blog are frequently picked up in national and trade publications and are leveraged as news pieces. Last year Molly and her colleagues won an award for their published work on pandemic-related housing preferences, home prices, rent and inflation.
Sonia Sharma is General Property Manager, at Hines, a privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firm with a presence in 285 cities in 28 countries and $90.3 billion of investment assets under management and more than 114.2 million square feet of assets for which Hines provides third-party property-level services. As General Property Manager, Sonia is responsible for managing Pleasanton Corporate Commons, a Class-A, four building, multi-tenant office totaling approximately 600,000 square feet and situated on a 28-acre campus, along with Dublin Place Shopping Center, a multi-tenant retail asset totaling approximately 500,000 square feet.
Wy Sisneros is the Director of Construction Loan Monitoring at First Republic Bank. With 25 years of mortgage and finance experience, Wy manages a portfolio of over 1,000 construction loans across all development types (Single Family Residential, Multi-Family, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Public Sector) and across the country.
Wy holds a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and is active in several women’s groups. She is the Treasurer of Women’s Connection, an employee resource group at First Republic and a member of Financial Women of San Francisco.
Francisco Bay Area-based real estate development and property management company with a real estate portfolio encompassing four million square feet of space located in multi-tenant, mixed use campuses. Lisa leads the asset management teams for Wareham’s Berkeley, Richmond, and Marin portfolios. She also has overseen the construction of 999 Anthony Street, the latest addition to Aquatic Park Center campus in Berkeley, and the repositioning of two other buildings.
Prior to joining Wareham, Lisa held executive leadership positions in asset management at MKD Property Investments, Rialto Capital Management, and Deutsche Bank.
