It is with immense pride and profound gratitude that I step into the role of president of Financial Women of San Francisco. This moment is not just personal—it's historic. For the first time in FWSF’s history, a former scholarship recipient will lead the organization. This milestone is a testament to the transformative power of FWSF, which invests in women’s futures and empowers them to rise, lead, and give back. As someone who has experienced the impact of FWSF firsthand, I am honored to contribute shaping the next chapter of our shared legacy.
My theme for 2025 is "Empowering the future"—a theme that reflects both our mission and the unique journey that brought me to this role.
It is a commitment to not just lifting the next generation of leaders but ensuring that every member of our community has access to the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive in today’s dynamic world. Together, we will forge pathways for success and create a ripple effect that empowers women at every stage of their careers.
To bring this vision to life, we will focus on three key initiatives:
✅ Strengthening our scholarship & mentorship programs – Providing the next generation of finance leaders with mentorship, resources, and opportunities to ensure they can excel and pay it forward.
✅ Delivering meaningful programming & leadership development – Offering events, networking, and professional development that equip our members with the skills and connections needed to lead with confidence and impact.
✅ Cultivating a culture of diversity, inclusion & belonging – Fostering a community where every woman feels empowered to be her authentic self and take bold steps toward her professional goals.
