Louise brings over 20 years of experience to the table, blending a background in both audit and tax with nearly a decade in public and private accounting—including time at small firms, regional leaders, and one of the Big Four. For the past 13 years, she’s successfully led her own practice, helping clients see beyond the numbers to the real opportunities and challenges underneath.
Known for her sharp insights, candid advice, and steady energy, Louise makes complex topics feel approachable. “I want my clients to feel confident and in control—I sit beside them, not across from them,” she says. Outside of work, Louise fuels her passion for commercial real estate and loves exploring the world with her husband and three kids—always up for the next adventure!
What inspired you to join FWSF?
Over 20 years ago, I met Sarah Tolson Kim at an FWSF event—an encounter that changed my life. We started as business referral partners and quickly became friends, celebrating weddings, baby showers, and countless business milestones together. The connections you make here can truly last a lifetime. I’m so grateful to FWSF for bringing Sarah—and so many other incredible women—into my life!
I wanted to become a member when I discovered FWSF while in college looking for an internship. I applied as soon as I had graduated and had 1 year of experience under my belt.
What’s your favorite part of FWSF?
I love meeting such a diverse, high-caliber group of intelligent members and guests at events—especially knowing we share mutual interests and goals.
What’s your best career tip for women working in finance or financial services?
Mentorship and mentee-ship—learning goes both ways. I’m passionate about collaboration and achieving goals together. Some of the most significant milestones in my career have come from connecting with others at a table or sharing a glass of wine at an FWSF event.
