AVP, Relationship Manager, Avidbank

Please share a little about yourself:

I’m a Relationship Manager in Commercial & Industrial banking, where I work with middle-market businesses across construction, manufacturing, and professional services. I love partnering with business owners, understanding how their companies operate, and finding financial solutions that help them grow whether that’s credit structures, equipment financing, deposit strategies, or supporting the next generation through ESOP transitions.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mentorship and community. I volunteer with organizations like Peninsula Bridge, ACE Charter Schools, and Junior Achievement to support under-represented students with academic success and financial literacy. As a first-generation MBA student, these programs are personal to me. It’s my way of paying forward the guidance I received.

Personally, I like hiking, exploring new countries, and learning. I’m always looking for opportunities and organizations where finance, community, and personal growth intersect.

What inspired you to join FWSF?

I was inspired to join FWSF because its mission aligns closely with my own values. Advancing women in finance, supporting education, and creating opportunities for those who are often overlooked. As a first-generation professional and current MBA student, I know firsthand how transformative mentorship and a strong community can be.

FWSF represents the kind of community where women grow together, and I want to be a part of that impact!

What’s your favorite part of FWSF?

The workshops and meeting amazing women in the Bay Area who are paving the way for women in Finance.

What’s your best career tip for women working in finance or financial services?

I am a firm believer in mentorship and sponsorship. Be vulnerable and share your story. That is what makes you unique.
