This year, Financial Women of San Francisco turns 70. For decades, FWSF has helped women climb… into leadership, influence, and opportunity across the finance industry. Today, we’re building on that legacy with an even more ambitious vision for what comes next.
Seventy years ago, women were largely on the outside of this industry, without access to the networks, sponsorship, and opportunities that shape careers. Today, women are leading firms, managing capital, and shaping the future of finance. That progress was built over time through community, access, and investment in one another.
FWSF has been part of that story every step of the way.
Looking ahead, we’re focused on expanding access and accelerating opportunity for the next generation, connecting students to careers, supporting emerging leaders, and strengthening the networks that make long-term success possible.
