Please share a little about yourself:
I'm the Co-Founder of Trekka, a firm that helps companies and individuals adopt AI through education, strategy, and implementation. Before this, I led transformation projects at Accenture and EY, then worked at AI startups. I'm passionate about two things: helping clients and solving problems. I also host AI learning series for global and local non-profits.
I live in Palo Alto with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter. I'm a classically trained pianist, and I love to travel.

Meeting other women in finance, exchanging ideas and expertise, and building long-term relationships.

What’s your best career tip for women working in finance or financial services?
Don't wait for permission to build the skills you'll need next. AI is the obvious one right now. The women who get fluent with it before their firms formally roll it out will be the ones leadership turns to.
