Financial Services Recruiting Manager, Robert Half

Please share a little about yourself and your business and social passions.
I’m a Financial Services Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, specializing in permanent placements within the asset and wealth management industry here in the Bay Area. I’m originally from NYC and started my career as a Financial Services Auditor at Deloitte. I leveraged my experience and network to make a successful pivot into recruitment.

My passion for recruiting and career development comes from my long-standing involvement with ALPFA, where I enjoy mentoring others and learning from inspiring leaders. I currently serve as the Director of Membership for the ALPFA San Francisco Professional Chapter.

On a personal note, I’m completely obsessed with my chihuahua, Bambi. She’s five pounds of pure joy.

What inspired you to join FWSF?
I joined FWSF to connect with passionate women in the industry and grow my network in the Bay Area. The welcoming leaders on the board made joining easy, and it’s been wonderful collaborating with driven and supportive women. I love supporting others, whether it’s helping with job searches or assisting with team growth and recruitment. I’m excited to connect with and support women in finance as they navigate their careers.

What’s your favorite part of FWSF?
I love seeing women come together to support each other. Meeting trailblazers and connecting with passionate women is always inspiring and leaves me motivated.

What’s your best career tip or advice for women entering the finance or financial services industries?
Network, network, network! Build strong connections early, seek out mentors to guide you, and find sponsors who will advocate for you. Knowing the difference can make all the difference.

What’s your best career tip or advice for women at your level in the finance or financial services industries?
Take risks and don’t be afraid to make bold moves. Transitioning from accounting to recruiting was a big leap, but it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The key? Leveraging my network. Keep building relationships and connecting with influential people, and don’t hesitate to step out of your comfort zone.

Do you have any news or anything else you’d like to share with the FWSF community?
I’m excited to be part of this community! Whether you’re interested in the job market, exploring new opportunities, looking to expand your team, or just want to meet Bambi and grab a coffee, I’d love to connect. I’m still relatively new to the Bay Area and eager to grow my network.
