The Holiday Cookie Contest & Exchange was held at the end of December to end the year with some tasty treats and connection among members. It was organized by the Membership Committee and hosted by Northwestern Mutual in the Transamerica building. Over twenty women attended, filling a conference room with some truly amazing baking talent. Cookies were voted on based on Decoration, Taste, and Originality. The event was such a hit that members circulated some of their favorite recipes afterwards, happy to keep spreading the holiday cheer. Connection, Community, and Inclusion were the three themes that defined this event, as members came together to share and elevate not just professional success but personal as well in the form of these delicious holiday delicacies.
