Why is gender diversity important in the field of financial services? FWSF's Silicon Valley chapter is teaming up with Franklin Templeton Investments to host a Fireside Chat on the topic with the company’s very own President and COO, Jenny Johnson.

The panel will be moderated by Patrick O’Connor, Head of Global ETFs and co-executive sponsor of Women@FTI which is the firm’s business resource group dedicated to encouraging, inspiring, and supporting women to reach their full potential.

During the discussion Jenny will touch on some of the trends and challenges that she sees for diversity within the asset management industry.
