Please share a little about yourself:
I am a master’s student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Golden Gate University, with a strong background in banking management and private banking leadership in Mongolia. I am passionate about creating positive change in organizations by fostering effective leadership, inclusive practices, and employee well-being. My long-term goal is to apply these skills in international development and finance to make a broader impact globally.
On a personal level, I love exploring different cultures, meeting and talking with new people, and playing tennis. I enjoy networking and meaningful communication, as they allow me to learn from others and expand my perspective.
What inspired you to join FWSF?
I was inspired to join FWSF because of its strong mission to support and empower women in finance and business. I deeply value the opportunity to connect with successful women leaders, learn from their experiences, and grow both personally and professionally. Being part of this community will not only help me develop my career but also allow me to give back by supporting and inspiring other women in the future.
What’s your favorite part of FWSF?
As a new member, I am most looking forward to connecting with and learning from inspiring women leaders in the FWSF community. I am excited about the mentorship opportunities, networking events, and professional development resources that will help me grow in my career and build meaningful relationships with like-minded women who are passionate about making a difference.
What’s your best career tip for women working in finance or financial services?
My best career tip for women working in finance is to believe in your worth and never hesitate to advocate for yourself. Build strong relationships, seek mentors, and continue learning, but also remember that your unique perspective and voice are valuable. Be confident in sharing your ideas and take initiative to create opportunities, even if they feel out of your comfort zone.
