We will be meeting to discuss Brene Brown's I Thought It Was Just Me (but it isn't): Making the Journey from "What Will People Think?" to "I Am Enough."

If you're interested, there's a worksheet that accompanies the book. You do not need to have read the book to be able to interpret and complete the worksheet - it's instructive, and gives insight into some of the topics that the book covers.

There's no need to have read the book - a willingness to listen and share is the only price of admission.
