Barbara MorrisonBarbara Morrison, Founder & President, TMC Financing

Barbara Morrison is the founder and president of TMC Financing, which provides SBA commercial real estate financing to small businesses. Barbara is also the founder and board member of Working Solutions, an innovative nonprofit micro-lender that helps underserved entrepreneurs access the capital and hands-on technical assistance they need to start and grow their businesses. Barbara has served on numerous boards and is currently a member of the Oakland Chamber’s Economic Development Committee. The San Francisco Business Times has named Barbara “Forever Influential” on the list of the Most Influential Women in the Bay Area and she was named 2012 Financial Woman of the Year by the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco.

Debbie CliffordDebbie Clifford, VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, Autodesk

Debbie Clifford is the vice president of Financial Planning & Analysis at Autodesk, a multi-national S&P 500 member and NASDAQ-listed global design software leader. Before Autodesk, Debbie was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Virage, a video search software company that she helped take public. She serves on the board of GeoHazards International, a non-profit dedicated to disaster prevention in the developing world. Debbie is a designated National Association of Corporate Directors board governance fellow and has been named by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the 2017 Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.

Terri KallsenTerri Kallsen, EVP, Investor Services, Charles Schwab

Terri R. Kallsen, EVP Investor Services at Charles Schwab, manages Schwab’s branch network, Independent Branch Services, client service and support, wealth management, financial planning, acquisition delivery, supervision and controls, portfolio consulting, and global and trading services. Terri came to Schwab from USAA, where she was senior vice president of wealth management. She serves on the Board of Directors of The Charles Schwab Foundation and Charles Schwab Trust Company and the Board of Trustees for the College of Saint Benedict. The San Francisco Business Times has named Terri “Forever Influential” on the list of Most Influential Women in the Bay area.

Paige VenablePaige Venable, Managing Director, Risk Consulting, KPMG

Paige Venable is a managing director in KPMG’s San Francisco Risk Consulting practice with a focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM); Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC); Internal Audit; and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) assisted services. She is an active member of KPMG's Network of Women (KNOW) and other diversity programs; and is serving her third year as the Co-Chair of KPMG’s Advisory Employer of Choice Council. Paige has served on the FWSF board for several years, and is immediate past president. Paige was selected as one of the 2017 Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times.
