Interest Group: East Bay Book Club

In the last two meetings, we discussed how we might better absorb all the information and lessons from the books. One idea was that every six months or so, we don't choose a book, but instead revisit the things we've already read. This enables us to finish the books we couldn't quite get to, do some of the exercises, or even just self-observe and practice some of the positive habits we've read about.

So far, we've read:

Perfection is the enemy of good, so regardless of your level of preparedness, please come join us! We had a lovely and illuminating discussion at last month's book club, despite only 25% of attendees having read the book.

If, before next meeting, you have an article or anything you'd like to share with the group, the floor is open!
