The Art of Allyship: How Leaders Create Inclusive Cultures by Calling Others In

Professional Development Series

5:00 - 7:00 pm
Wells Fargo Learning Center, 333 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94105

In today’s highly charged, complex environment, leaders have the opportunity to create a new paradigm that goes beyond calling others out . . . to calling others in, jointly transforming culture.

During this interactive session, you will learn about the art of building alliances through acknowledging your own biases, recognizing acts of micro-aggression, and cultivating psychological safety so individuals and teams thrive. Leading-edge organizations are taking steps to create organizational cultures that facilitate deep learning, openly share mistakes, and practice relentless curiosity. As a leader, you will understand what it takes to courageously lead others in this way, apply best practices, and begin to develop skills that will impact results, relationships, and processes in your organizations.
