Please share a little about yourself and your business and social passions.
I am a Vice President - Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab. Socially I love teaching dance to children, Soul Cycle, and my Cocker Spaniel

What inspired you to join FWSF?
I was invited by a colleague who has liked being involved with the FWSF group and I also wanted to gain more female mentors.

What’s your favorite part of FWSF?
I had a lot of fun networking at the holiday party!

What’s your best career tip or advice for women entering the finance or financial services industries?
Take risk and challenge yourself. I got into the finance industry after making a career shift during the pandemic. I graduated in 2020 and was a Sports Management Major as well as Econ and thought I would be working in sports. I stepped outside of my comfort zone to apply to work at TD Ameritrade. It was the opportunity I needed to kick-start my financial career. Flash forward 3 years and I just passed my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam.

Do you have any news or anything else you’d like to share with the FWSF community?
Once passing the Finance exams and finally achieving my dream role my advice now is to stay organized! Run your day and don’t have it run you.
