This year’s FWSF Holiday party was a great success with a few new additions: Our annual auction to raise money for the Scholarship Endowment included a silent auction this year. The bigger auction items were bid on live and were hosted by a new and very enthusiastic auctioneer and his helpful wife.

I first came to Silicon Valley after leaving my beautiful hometown of San Diego to get an Economics undergrad degree at Stanford, and I later toured a PhD program at the GSB and picked up a masters from the Economics department.
